T&Cs
1. Upon purchasing a gown, the full purchase price is required in respect of all gowns and accessories and is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstance.
2. All purchases of ‘sample/off the peg’ items are non-refundable, non-returnable and sold as seen. Sample dresses/accessories must be paid in full.
3. Goods ordered cannot be exchanged and money will not be refunded or transferred to other orders. Ownership of goods will remain with The Ivory Outlet Ltd until full payment has been received.
4. Dresses cannot be held/reserved unless the full payment has been received.
5. The seller agrees to provide the customer advice and guidance in the choice of design, size and colour of gowns and accessories. However, the customer shall decide such matters and the seller accepts not responsibility for the choice made nor for any problems which result from any change in the customers instructions or due to the customers increase or decrease in weight or size subsequently to the date of the order.
6. The Ivory Outlet are not responsible for supplier defects, we work with reputable suppliers providing quality finishes.
7. All Alterations made to gowns are under the insurance of seamstresses, where by The Ivory Outlet are not resposible for any changes made there after.
8. Most dresses may require alterations by a seamstress. Any costs of alterations are not included in the dress price and are to be paid directly to the seamstress not through The Ivory Outlet. The Ivory Outlet are happy to provide recommended seamstresses, however it is not compulsary to use these.
9. It shall be the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all requirement applicable to the contract, whether statutory, regulatory, municipal and / or otherwise how so ever are duly complied with.
10. All orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, therefore shall there be any unforeseen circumstances regarding your wedding, e.g wedding date moved or cancelled, all purchases are final, not-returnable and non-refundable.
11. Online orders are purchased at their own discretion and we, The Ivory Outlet, recommend the bride to come to store to try the gown on, in order to inspect and check they are happy with the condition, to then pay before taking it home with them, as the gowns are non-returnable, non-refundable and sold as seen. Payments must be taken in store, over the phone, or via invoice.

13. All terms & conditions apply to remote orders, shipping charges apply, and orders/ shipping must be paid in full before orders are dispatched.
